Our consultancy was founded by Shaun Smith - one of the original pioneers in customer experience practice, and respected internationally as a leading expert in the field. Shaun’s approach and methodology are embedded right throughout our consultancy – and are absolutely fundamental to the way in which we support our clients.

Our sole focus is customer experience. Since our foundation in 2002, we have continued to build and widen our expertise and experience in this field, enabling us to establish an international client list that includes many leading brands. Although the range of companies we work with is diverse, there is one thing they all have in common – an absolute determination to differentiate their brand through their customer experience.
A core international team and a global network
Our team is managed out of London and includes experts in brand strategy, research, facilitation, training and learning design. This depth of experience enables us to offer the level of expertise you would expect from a large consultancy - but without passing on the same level of cost. Our specialist customer experience research tools are also delivered through a global network of partners.
